About the Role
A premier multi-specialty hospital in Dubai is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to lead its Intensive Care Unit. This is a high-impact role for a confident nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced critical-care environment and is committed to patient safety and team development.
Salary & Benefits
- AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff during ICU shifts and coordinate daily care plans with the multidisciplinary team
- Manage mechanically ventilated patients, CRRT, vasoactive infusions and complex haemodynamic monitoring
- Drive clinical governance, mentor junior nurses and uphold infection-control and patient-safety standards
- Liaise with families and consultants to ensure clear, compassionate communication
Requirements
- BSc Nursing (4-year degree) from a recognised institution
- Minimum 5 years adult ICU experience, including at least 2 years in a senior / charge role
- DHA eligibility letter or active DHA licence
- Current BLS & ACLS; PALS preferred
- Strong leadership and English communication skills
