Which Authority Licenses You?
🏙 DHA — Dubai Health Authority
Covers all private and public hospitals and clinics in Dubai. Requires DataFlow PSV, Prometric exam (for most categories), and good standing letter. Typical timeline: 3–5 months.
🏛 DOH — Department of Health Abu Dhabi
Governs all healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi. Uses the Sheryan platform. HAAD exam required for most nursing categories. Known for rigorous credentialing.
🇦🇪 MOHAP — Ministry of Health
Covers Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah & UAQ. MOHAP Prometric exam required. Often the fastest route into the Northern Emirates for international nurses.
