About the Role
A rapidly expanding premium wellness and longevity group is seeking an ambitious Medical Director to lead clinical operations across their flagship Dubai facility. This is a senior leadership role combining clinical excellence with strategic business growth, ideal for a physician ready to step into the C-suite.
Salary & Benefits
- AED 65,000 – 95,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of physicians, therapists and wellness coaches
- Develop and oversee cutting-edge longevity, aesthetic and wellness service lines
- Drive clinical governance, quality standards and patient safety protocols
- Collaborate with C-suite on new clinic launches across the GCC
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and global wellness networks
Requirements
- MD with speciality board certification (Internal Medicine, Functional Medicine, or related field)
- Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience, including 3+ years in medical leadership
- Experience in longevity, aesthetic, or executive health medicine preferred
- Proven ability to manage P&L and drive revenue growth
- DHA-eligible; existing UAE licence strongly preferred
