Denmark: licensing exam preparation
Doctors educated outside the EU/EEA apply to the Danish Patient Safety Authority for authorisation. The route covers approval of the education, a language test (Danish Test 3 and medical language), the medical exams at the University of Copenhagen (written exam and oral OSCE), a course in Danish health legislation (e-learning with digital test) and an evaluation placement. The authority periodically applies a quota on applications.

- Have the education approved by the Danish Patient Safety Authority
- Pass the language test (Danish Test 3 and medical language)
- Pass the written and oral medical exams
- Complete the Danish health legislation course
- Complete the evaluation placement (normally 12 months) and receive authorisation
