Refund policy
When you can cancel a MediFlow order and how refunds are paid.
Before we start
You can cancel any order free of charge until we have started working on it. Write to hello@mediflow.ae or on WhatsApp with your order number (MF-…). We refund the full amount.
If we cannot deliver
If we cannot start or complete your order for reasons on our side, or if we do not deliver within the promised time after your details are complete and you no longer want the service, you receive a full refund.
After delivery
Once a result has been delivered (for example the pre-check report or the CV draft), the service has been performed and is not refundable. The CV includes one round of changes.
Certified translations
Pages that have not yet been translated are refunded if you cancel. Pages already translated are not refundable.
Prometric Academy
You can cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund as long as you have not started a timed mock exam.
Complete DHA licensing package
Cancellation and refunds follow the written agreement for your package.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with through our payment provider Ziina, usually within 10 working days. Official fees you paid directly to authorities or other providers cannot be refunded by us.
