The terms on which MediFlow provides licensing consultancy, document services and the Prometric Academy.
Who we are
MediFlow (mediflow.ae) is a brand of ICSL FZE, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("MediFlow", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@mediflow.ae, via WhatsApp (messages only) at +971 50 248 0606.
MediFlow is an independent consultancy. We are not part of, and do not act on behalf of, the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), the Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), DataFlow, Prometric or any other authority or examination provider. Licences, eligibility decisions and exam results are issued only by them.
Our services
We offer consultancy and document services for health professionals who want to work in the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf, including the eligibility pre-check, ATS CV, certified legal translation, the complete DHA licensing package and the Prometric Academy. What each service includes and the expected delivery time are described on its page in our shop and in your order.
Our assessments are based on the information and documents you give us and on the requirements the authorities publish at the time. They are professional opinions, not official decisions. We cannot guarantee that an authority will grant a licence, a title or an exemption, or that you will pass an exam.
Your responsibilities
You must give complete and truthful information and only upload genuine documents that belong to you. Submitting false or altered documents to an authority can lead to a ban; we will stop working on an order if we have reason to believe documents are not genuine.
You apply to the authorities in your own name and your own accounts (for example Sheryan). We never ask for your passwords and you should never share them with us.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirham (AED) before you pay. Card payments are processed by our payment provider Ziina; we do not see or store your card details. The payment page and your card statement may show ICSL FZE.
Official fees of the authorities, DataFlow, Prometric, attestation offices and couriers are not included unless your order says so. You pay them directly to the provider.
The complete DHA licensing package is offered only after a consultation; its price and scope are agreed with you in writing.
Delivery
Delivery times start when your order is paid and your details and documents are complete. If something is missing we tell you, and the time starts again once we have it. Results and files are provided in your MediFlow account.
Prometric Academy
Academy access is personal and may not be shared. Access runs for the period shown at purchase. Our questions and lessons are written by MediFlow based on published exam content outlines; they are not real exam questions. All content is for learning only and does not replace clinical judgement or official guidelines.
You may not copy, sell or publish Academy content.
Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions, delays or fee changes of authorities, examination providers or employers.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
