Delete your account
How to delete your MediFlow account, including the MediFlow Exam Prep app, and which data we keep.
In the app
Open MediFlow Exam Prep, go to Account > Delete account and confirm with the 6-digit code we send to your email address. Your account is deleted immediately on the app, the website and all your devices.
On the website
Sign in at mediflow.ae/portal/, open Security > Delete account and confirm with the code from your email.
By email
If you cannot sign in, write from the email address of your account to hello@mediflow.ae with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your email address, name, phone number, profile details, password, passkeys and all active sessions. Your learning progress, answers and exam attempts are no longer linked to you and are kept only in anonymous form. A MediFlow Connect profile with its photo and CV, an employer account, your uploaded documents and your messages are deleted as well.
What we keep
Invoices and order records are kept for the periods required by UAE commercial and tax law, with your name and address replaced by a placeholder. Purchases made in the App Store or on Google Play are also recorded by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a purchase. Refunds follow our refund policy and, for purchases in the app, the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
