A leading Abu Dhabi hospital is expanding its geriatric medicine service and seeks a Specialist in Geriatric Medicine to deliver comprehensive assessment and care for older adults across acute and community settings.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Perform comprehensive geriatric assessment and falls/frailty management
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care and discharge planning
- Manage polypharmacy, dementia and continence pathways
- Liaise with rehabilitation, community and family care teams
- Support end-of-life and advance-care planning
Anforderungen
- Board certification in Geriatric Medicine or Internal Medicine with geriatric fellowship
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- Experience in comprehensive geriatric assessment
- Eligibility for DOH Specialist-tier licensing (handled by MediFlow)
