How to register
Applications are submitted online through MOHAP e-services. The steps below follow the usual sequence; the authority may request additional documents for your title.
- 1
Check that your qualification and post-graduate experience meet the MOHAP requirements for your professional title.
- 2
Create an account on MOHAP e-services and submit your application with degree certificates, licences, experience letters and identity documents.
- 3
Complete primary source verification of your documents when requested, usually through DataFlow.
- 4
Once the authority confirms that you may sit the exam, book a date and test centre with Prometric.
- 5
After passing, complete the remaining licensing steps. In most cases the licence is activated through a healthcare employer.
Typical timeline
Durations depend on the authority, the completeness of your documents and the response time of your universities and former employers. The order of steps is usually the same.
- 01
Preparation of documents
Gather certificates, transcripts, licences and experience letters. Incomplete or inconsistent documents are the most common cause of delay.
- 02
Verification
Primary source verification contacts each issuing institution directly. This is often the longest phase and runs independently of your exam preparation.
- 03
Exam eligibility and booking
When MOHAP confirms eligibility, you book with Prometric. Use the waiting time for structured revision and timed mock exams.
- 04
Result and licence
Results are usually released shortly after the exam. With a pass, the licence or eligibility letter can be issued and later activated with an employer.
