Who the app is for

For everyone taking a licensing exam with a Gulf health authority: DHA in Dubai, DOH in Abu Dhabi, MOHAP for the other emirates, SCFHS in Saudi Arabia, QCHP in Qatar, OMSB in Oman, NHRA in Bahrain and the Ministry of Health in Kuwait. The app follows the format of the exam you choose, for doctors, dentists, nurses and pharmacists.

What the app does

  • Practice questions with explanations: written by MediFlow from the published exam content, with a short explanation for every answer.
  • Timed mock exams: the same number of questions and the same time as your exam, with flagging and a review at the end.
  • Flashcards: short cards on drugs, values and key facts, repeated at the right intervals.
  • Readiness by topic: see which topics are solid and where to work more.
  • Daily goal: set how many questions you answer each day and keep the rhythm.
  • One account for everything: start on your phone, continue on your tablet or in the browser.

A four-week plan with the app

  • Week 1: choose your exam, set a daily goal and practise across all topics without time pressure. The explanations matter more than your score.
  • Week 2: repeat your weakest topics from the statistics, flashcards every day.
  • Week 3: first timed mock exam, then go through every wrong answer and its explanation.
  • Week 4: two or three more mock exams, in between only the topics that are not yet solid.

The plan is a suggestion. How long you need depends on your specialty, your experience and the exam format.

To be honest: what the app is not

The questions are not real exam questions. We write them ourselves from the published content and never use or sell leaked questions. MediFlow is independent and not affiliated with DHA, DOH, MOHAP, SCFHS, Prometric or any other authority. The app does not replace the licensing process either: the authority issues the licence.

Is my progress synced between devices?

Yes. Your answers and progress are stored in your MediFlow account, so you can switch between phone, tablet and browser.

Do I need the exam as a specialist?

Not always. If your specialist training is classed as Tier 1, an exemption is possible. The free pre-check shows whether this applies to you.
