Tertiary hospital clinical pharmacy team in Dubai
About the Role
A flagship tertiary hospital in Dubai is hiring a Senior Hospital Pharmacist to help lead its clinical pharmacy services. This role offers a high degree of clinical autonomy, ward involvement and the opportunity to shape antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety initiatives.
Salary & Benefits
- AED 18,000 – 28,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide ward-based clinical pharmacy services across medical, surgical and critical care areas
- Lead medication reconciliation, therapeutic drug monitoring and high-risk medication reviews
- Co-lead antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety initiatives with the MDT
- Mentor pharmacy interns and junior pharmacists, and contribute to clinical guidelines
Requirements
- BPharm or MPharm from a recognised institution; clinical pharmacy postgraduate qualification preferred
- Minimum 5 years hospital pharmacy experience, with clinical / ward exposure
- Active DHA Pharmacist licence or eligibility letter
- Strong knowledge of UAE formulary and high-risk medication protocols
- Excellent English communication and teamwork skills
