Level III NICU at a leading children's hospital in Abu Dhabi
About the Role
A leading children’s hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Specialist Neonatologist to join its Level III NICU. The unit cares for extremely premature, surgical and complex cardiac neonates, supported by paediatric cardiology, paediatric surgery and a dedicated maternal–fetal medicine team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultant-level care for term and preterm neonates, including ventilated and surgical cases
- Lead delivery-room resuscitation and stabilisation of high-risk neonates
- Run NICU ward rounds and family communication, coordinating with paediatric subspecialties
- Contribute to teaching, audit and clinical guidelines
Requirements
- Board-certified / specialist-level qualification in Neonatology
- Minimum 4 years post-fellowship NICU experience
- DOH (HAAD) or internationally recognised licence eligible
- Strong neonatal resuscitation, ventilation and procedural skill set
- Excellent communication skills in English
